2024 is starting off with a bang! Our first course this year will be our standing work course which will be held on Saturday 24th February from 9am - 1pm.

This is a morning of contest based games, gripping techniques, counters and combinations with NO GROUNDWORK ALLOWED. We also have a big team competition at the end of the day with medals to play for!

Anyone over the age of 10 is eligible. Your size and ability does not matter as there will be a range of techniques for everyone! The course is £25 which will cover your time at the course, drinks and snacks throughout the course. Fill out the below form to secure your place today!
