Our annual groundwork course is returning on March 7th 2026!

This is a morning of groundwork based games, techniques and turnovers design to help make your judo more effective. We also have a big team competition at the end of the day with medals to play for!

The course runs from 9am - 1pm and anyone over the age of 7 is eligible. Your size and ability does not matter as there will be a range of techniques for everyone! The course is £20 which will cover your time at the course, drinks and snacks throughout the course.
