Our annual groundwork course is returning on March 12th 2022! We have added an extra date for 26th March if there is enough interest still! You can attend both courses if you desire however priority will be given to those who missed out on the first course.

This is a morning of groundwork based games, techniques and turnovers design to help make your judo more effective. We also have a big team competition at the end of the day with medals to play for!

The course runs from 1pm - 5pm and anyone over the age of 7 is eligible. Your size and ability does not matter as there will be a range of techniques for everyone! The course is £15 which will cover your time at the course, drinks and snacks throughout the course. Fill out the below form to secure your place today!
